Terms

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of Cuppa, the website and the app, made by Gravity Boulevard, LLC (“we” and “us”). By using the site or the app, or creating an account, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can.

Education, not advice

Everything Cuppa shows or sends, including the digest, alerts, lessons, and headlines, is for education only. It isn’t financial, investment, or trading advice, and it isn’t a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. We aren’t registered investment advisers or broker-dealers. Your trading decisions are yours alone.

Market data

Our market data comes from third-party providers. It can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and we provide it as-is. Live prices and scanner alerts can arrive late, arrive out of order, or not arrive at all, so don’t rely on them alone.

Headlines are written by their publishers, not by us. We sort them automatically, and the sorting can be wrong. Linking to a story doesn’t mean we agree with it.

The open beta

Cuppa is in open beta. Features may change, break, or go away, sometimes without notice, and we may need to reset or remove data while we build. We’ll try to warn you first.

Personal use

Your account is for you. Please don’t redistribute, resell, republish, or share the app’s content or data, including the digest and alerts.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older to create an account, and each account is for one person. Keep your email address current so your digest reaches you. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens under it, so let us know right away if you think someone else is using it.

Using Cuppa fairly

Please don’t use Cuppa to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, scrape or crawl the site, the app, or your digests, upload malicious code, get around our security, or pass along false information. We may end access for anyone who does.

Billing and refunds

Cuppa is free during the open beta. If we start charging, we’ll tell you first, and nothing costs you money unless you choose a paid plan. Once paid plans exist, you can cancel anytime. Your access ends when you cancel, and we’ll refund any unused prepaid time, pro rata.

Community

Be kind. No harassment, no spam, no promoting paid groups or services, and no picks or calls presented as advice. We moderate the community and may remove anyone who doesn’t follow these rules.

Ending an account

You can end your account anytime by emailing support@cuppa.markets. We may suspend or end any account at any time, for any reason. If we end a paid account without cause, we’ll refund the unused prepaid time.

Our work

Cuppa’s name, logo, design, and content belong to Gravity Boulevard, LLC or the people we license them from. Using Cuppa doesn’t give you any rights to them.

Links to other sites

We link to places like Discord, YouTube, and the news sites behind our headlines. We don’t run those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

No warranties

Cuppa is provided as-is and as-available. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or right for your needs, and we don’t promise any particular results from using it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

If someone else makes a claim against us because of how you used Cuppa or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

Built for the US

Cuppa is built for people in the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, you’re responsible for following your local laws.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Texas, and both of us give up the right to a jury trial.

The fine print

If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. You can’t transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our written okay. We may transfer them if Cuppa is sold or merged.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll email account holders before any material change takes effect.
